Limitations & Return Information for our Fighting Shorts & Surf Wear

Unity Clothing Co. in El Monte, California, does everything to make our customers happy with our products and service. Our fighting shorts and other great products are available nationwide. Call us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Please Note the Following Limitations:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items that have been altered in any way cannot be accepted, including, but not limited to, embroidery, re-labeling, screen
  print, or dyeing.
• All sales are final on overstock items; returns are not accepted on overstock items under any circumstances.
• Unity Clothing Co. is not responsible for return shipping.

Returning Items to Unity Fight Wear
1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to you. Please use your packing slip as the return form
    with the item(s) you are returning. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
2. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them
    at this time.
3. Ship the item with the carrier of your choice to the following address:

You will receive a credit posted to your credit card once it is received and checked in by our warehouse. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your credit. If we have made a mistake, we will do everything to keep you happy and fix any errors we've made.
